Shipping Policy


In any given month, our cutoff date for shipping a new subscriptions is the 17th. If you place an order for a subscription after the 17th it will be shipped the following month. Shipping for subscription boxes takes place the 3rd week of every month. All product purchased direct from our store will ship within 3 business days or sooner. You will receive notification when your box is shipped which will include a tracking number for your reference.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free with a Hairbox subscription or onetime box, however this does not apply when purchasing items direct from our store. Items sold direct from the store will indicate the shipping costs upon checkout.

Shipping Services

For domestic shipments we use the US Postal Service on most occasions. If your mail box is not equipped to receive boxes, you must indicate this to us and we will request that USPS hold the box at your local postal office for you to pick up. If express shipping is requested, applicable fees will apply and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In the case of express shipments the carrier may vary. Please note that FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally however international shipping rates will apply and must be paid by the purchaser at the time of sale. We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order. Should this occur documentation supporting these charges will be emailed to you.
