Q) What exactly comes in each box?
A) Each hairbox will contain one shampoo, one conditioner and one styling product. All products are full size, professional salon products. You can expect items such as hair sprays, gels, texturizers, dry shampoos and hair serums as styling products.
Q) What if I like a product and want to get more of it?
A) You should always give feedback regarding the products in your hairbox after you’ve used them for a bit. When you do you are helping to perfect your future hairboxes. Just contact us at email@example.com and let us know you would like to have the product sent to you again. You can have it in every box or sent randomly in a future box. You can also make an add-on request and have items in our online store added to your curated box. Lastly you can order products direct from our online store for off-cycle shipments. Additional shipping costs will apply for add-on and direct off-cycle shipments.
Q) What if I don’t like a product in my box?
A) You should always review the products that come in your hairbox but especially if you don’t care for an item in your box. As far as what you do with it is up to you. I’d say give it to your bestie who might actually love that product. Or better yet, maybe they would be happy to swap with something they recently got in her/his hairbox that you love.
Q) What if I still have products I want to use up and am not ready for another box to come yet?
A) Monthly, shhhmonthly. We know it’s hard to judge how much product you use and at what rate. To skip a shipment, log in to your account and select the “skip next shipment” button. This will delay your box the same amount of time you’re are signed up for. ie Monthly would skip to the next month. Bi-monthly would skip two months. Quarterly would skip the next quarter.
Q) Will I receive the same product each month or will I get different product in every box?
A) Although each box is curate specific to your hair, the products in the box will change to give you variety and exposure to more great products. If you like the product received you may choose to have the same products sent to you in future boxes. This would be done by emailing us at
and stating you want to receive a specific product in every box or every other box. We are very flexible. We love to make our customers and their hair happy.
Q) Is your free shipping on all items in your store or just the monthly boxes?
A) All of our subscription boxes have free shipping however the items in our store do not include free shipping. If you are signed up for a subscription and want to add an additional item to your box, there will be an additional shipping charge of $2.00 per item added to your box. Items sold direct from our on line store have shipping charges that vary depending on the weight of the item you are purchasing.

Q) How do I know the products I am getting are the same as what they sell at salons?
A) We guarantee all of our products are salon dedicated products, purchased either direct from the manufacture or their licensed distributors. Most brands have wording on the bottles to indicate that they are salon products. Typically "for sale only in professional beauty salons" or "Salon Exclusive" are printed on the back of each product.
Q) Do you ship to other countries?
A) We do ship to locations outside of the continental US however shipping charges are not included. If you are interested in having a box shipped to other locations around the globe, please contact us for a quote at

Q) How much time is needed to make changes to my account before my next shipment is sent.
A) If you want to make changes, such as hold off on getting your box or adding an item from our store, you may do that up to the 10th of the month.
Q) I just signed up for a box. How long will it take to get it?
A) Billing is done upon sign-up and cycle billing dates are the first of the month (depending on your box frequency). Your box will ship on the 3rd week of the month. Once shipped you will receive notification and you can expect the standard number of days it takes for a package to travel from San Diego, CA to you. Q) What if I want to cancel my subscription?
A) No problem. Just email us at
or log on to your account and cancel all on your own. If you are emailing us be sure to give us your contact info and let us know when you want your subscription to stop. For you do-it-yourselfers, once you log in, click on “edit” Your Subscriptions. Click “change” under Modify the terms and/or variants, or cancel the subscription. The button to cancel is on the bottom left. Please note all cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days prior to the first of the month. This just gives us enough time to stop the order and shipment. If you miss the 5 day cut off window your order will cancel the following month. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more info.
Q) Can I buy items in your store without being signed up for your boxes and do I need to create a hair profile?
A) You can shop all you want straight from our store without having a subscription. Taxes and shipping rates will apply.
Q) I want to buy a subscription for someone else. Can I do that?
A) You bet! Just select the gifting checkbox on the checkout page. You can gift a one-time box or a subscription. The gift giver should complete a hair profile for the lucky recipient which can be update later if needed. The gift giver will be given the option of receiving a reminder email before the subscription renews during the checkout process as subscription are set to auto renew and cancellation will need to be done from the gift giver's account.
Q) What if I have a problem with my products, shipment, or profile or something?
